Located in one of Hollywood's most sought-after areas, the facility sits on 2.5 acres of lushly landscaped greenery.

Vastly upgraded by its new ownership team via a multimillion dollar renovation, The Residence needed an upscale rebrand that would distance it from the previous (and poorly reputed) management while maintaining its trademark Floridian warmth.
