"She's integral to my company's growth"

"Michal is not just a copywriter. She’s an integral part of my company’s growth. She will take the initiative and tell me what needs attention. And if I ask her to do something, it gets done. I have 110% confidence that it will get done. A talented and devoted individual!"

The Background

Brooklyn MRKT is an annual retail expo that brings together women entrepreneurs and women shoppers in a chic event that sustains a beloved women’s support center. The MRKT is produced by The Anelis Group, a New York marketing firm that specializes in experiential marketing + event production.

The Problem

The MRKT has become known in the Jewish Orthodox world as an immersive, trendsetting event that consistently pushes the envelope. MRKT 2018 needed a sharp, striking website that would outdo its previous years (once again) to retain past shoppers + attract new ones. The website also needed to clearly lay out the event’s multiple ticket package options — and pave the way to an effortless, no-brainer checkout.

The Solution

Create an on-brand site that communicates heaps of important info in a hip, sophisticated way.

The design: unique and trendy, with multiples fun videos and out-of-the-box typography.

The copy: lean and clear, with a chic entrepreneurial vibe that perfectly matched the event venue.

The core message: If you want to enjoy good food, good fashion, and good friends, you want to be at the Brooklyn MRKT, a buzzing retail expo set to take place in Industry City, one of New York’s newest and hippest venues.
